“This is a nice motel. Could use some updating around the property and in the rooms…they are dated but they are clean and it’s easy to see taken care of…better pillows would be nice. Door to room definitely needs a better lock, ours was very flimsy. We would stay here again as it is walkable to our fav bar/restaurants ”

“Parking and entrance not lit, trash in refrigerator, volume didn’t work on tv, had to bring in patio furniture to have a place to sit comfortably, not enough outlets around the beds, and needed to ask for Wi-Fi password. Clean, nice shower, well stocked with towels and coffee, good location, host was responsive, nice pool and games area”

“This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking……

“WOW! She truly out-did herself. This was our first getaway alone since having our almost 2 year old. It was a great, clean, cozy home for us to enjoy and relax. It was very close to downtown Plymouth where we enjoyed the shops and restaurants. The home was fully furnished and even had the little details like food for breakfast, a ton of extra towels and blankets, and a variety of drink choices for meals and breakfast. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we plan for this to be our destination……

“Clean property. Cute tent! The tent was closer to a neighboring property than pictures are able to show, but for most of our visit, the people living at that property were quiet. They were just busy working around their property. The chickens wandering the property and sometimes around our site were cute! The rooster crowing at 5am was a surprise, but thankfully I had packed earplugs. My sister did not though, so after a couple of hours of crowing, we decided to get a jump start on the day.……

“We were so impressed with all aspects of the Gleason Chouse. It is beautifully remodeled and appointed with all things necessary for a comfortable stay, and it was spotless. The historical nature of the property and the decor are added bonuses! It was quiet and peaceful--we hated to leave, and we hope to stay again some day!”
