As you enter the home, you'll find yourself in a beautifully decorated dining room that's perfect for hosting family dinners. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. But the real highlight of this home is the stunning sea view seating area that provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. It's the perfect place to sit down and read a book while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
When it's time to unwind, take the steps leading up to the vaulted living area with a fireplace and views out to sea. The high ceiling gives the space a grand feel, and the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll be able to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean while staying cosy and comfortable. If you fancy watching a film take the steps down to the snug room where you'll find a plush sofa.
The ground floor features two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and the other using the family bathroom. The setup is perfect for those looking for some privacy, as well as those who prefer to avoid too many stairs. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house comfortably caters for larger groups with its generous living and bedroom areas.
Outside there is a tempting hot tub, a prime spot to enjoy the views and unwind on your break away. The large garden offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities with friends and family, perhaps a game of rounders?
If you're looking for some beautiful scenery, taking a walk down the coast path can be a great option. Turning left will lead you to Daymer Bay and Rock, both of which offer a number of foodie haunts and plenty of outdoor activities. If you choose to go right, you'll make your way to Polzeath village, which is also a beautiful spot with plenty to see and do. Whether you're looking for a peaceful stroll or an adventurous hike, the coast path is a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
