「The place was neat and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful 」

「Brand-new and already a favourite. From the super helpful valet to the warm, efficient reception team, we felt looked after from the moment we pulled up. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are genuinely spacious. The area in which the hotel is located feels a bit more upmarket, with quirky new coffee and matcha spots on the doorstep, and the location made getting around Amman a breeze. 「The location is great, few minutes walk to a big shopping mall and jett bus station, also lots of restaurants around. Staffs are nice and the room is good. Will definitely choose this hotel again. 」

「I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. 」
