"Front desk staff were terrific! No tea with caffeine and the breakfast staff was a bit much! It was too much! "

"I’ve stayed here twice in one month and I’ve loved every minute of it. The pool is incredible and the staff is wonderful."

"Staff was rude and I had to wait 20+ min for the clerk to get to the office so I could get to my room that I already paid for. Also, the rooms seems clean but I only had to 4 pillows( if you want to even call them pillows) for 4 ppl. When I asked for more she said she would have to get them out of storage. 4 hours later I still didn't have pillows and she refused to get me anymore from a vacant room. I will never use this hotel again."

"Room was dirty. Cockroaches in bathroom, when I asked for a clean towel I was first denied saying you only get one per stay, this was a 4day stay. Used my own bedding and bought 2 bottles of cockroach spray to keep them bugs away. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. "

"We got the room for the jacuzzi tub that when we got into to found out it didnt work by that point I was already in the tub so we didnt bother with trying to get it fixed or changing rooms. The thermostat foe the ac was only able to either to on heat or cold and you couldn't adjust the temperature. Other then that the room was very clean, the lobby was clean the breakfast was not bad and the breakfast area was very well maintained"
