"The rooms were not clean, tile missing on the bathroom floors. The kitchen area had roaches. One bed was broken and could not be used. The microwave would not work. When we tried to reach out to staff, no workers were available and the phone number taped to the front desk led to a voicemail that was not set up. This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. There was zero customer service. Not even an employee to assist us. And at that, we were not given a different room or option to cancel and go to a different hotel. Because there were NO staff anywhere to be found. "
