A nice beach batch feels to the property, a short stroll away from the Beach, Dairy, and a Reserve right on your doorstep. The second time we have stayed at this property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot
The J&J bach is an amazing spot for a long weekend or vacation. We have to young kids who loved the reserve on our front door steps. Super close to some amazing walks couldn't have asked for more.

Awesome little property pretty much waterfront. Only 100M to beach access and 150M to the sand. Grass reserve right next door for the kids to play, dairy & chippy within 100M and an awesome cafe 250M walk. Can also do the Trigg walk and Orekawa walk straight from the property. Property is clean, comfortable and warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jelly tips & Jandels. Its such a handy spot being so close to the beach. The unit had all we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It has a very beach Bach feel to it. Thanks so much for the stay.

When we booked, we had thought that we were renting the whole house and were looking forward to the view from upstairs, so we were a little disappointed to just have the ground floor part. Overall it was well appointed, but the 2 bedrooms were divided by a partition that had almost no noise buffer, making it not very private. It was in a great location very close to the beach with a large grassed area in front.

Great spot next to beach enabled us to see the sunrises each day, enjoy the park and the trees, dairy had everything we needed including yummy fish and chips. Great views of waves form upper deck which is disabilty accessible. Comfortable dwelling but could do with a pantry. Clothesline was a bit high for us shorter folk. Overall very enjoyable. We will be back. Thanks heaps

Very clean and tidy bach with all the necessities needed. Thanks for the electric blanket and heaters which provided the necessary heat over the cold weekend. We had a lovely time and will rent again.
