“The owners of this lovely condo have literary though ot EVERYTHING! We have stayed many places throughout the US, and this one has it all, which made our stay truly comfortable and easy. The decor is highend and beautiful. The kitchen supplies and organization are wow! The beds are extremely comfortable and clean, with nice linens. The garage has every beach amenity guests could want. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and grilling our dinner several evenings. The proximity to ABay,……

“Totally enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, games, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, baby crib. Very clean condo.(Could leave cleaning supplies for daily cleaning: ie: windex, disinfect wipes, ant spray, etc) Mattresses on beds were too soft for our liking...need new pillows for beds... Easy access to pools, shops and beaches! Great location...quiet surroundings. Simple check in and out. Property management on top of everything! Texted us several times to make sure everything……

“Size, location and views! The 3rd bathroom was a bonus for our family of four with plenty of room to spread out, making it a economical option for 5-6. We liked the smaller condo complex as opposed to the nearby, pricey Hilton (spent a day there and would not return). Right in between a stroll to A-Bay or all the shops/restaurants, with the pool, bbqs with outdoor tv and kitchen, hot tubs and gym (more equipment than photos indicate), and sports bar steps away. Best beaches on the island only a……

“Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything……

“We had everything we needed here: comfy beds, ceiling and portable fans, beach towels and gear, bath towels, and kitchen supplies. The walls and doors are VERY well insulated! We never heard our neighbors. We swam in the infinity pool every morning and evening and played mini golf at the King's Shops a couple of evenings. We also walked to A Bay beach a few times. Lovely!”

“This was a wonderful stay for our family. We have a 10 yr old and 6yr old. The loft area with the pull down bed had a TV and offered a perfect spot for them. On the main floor are the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area. The garage was equipped with beach cruisers, umbrellas and a few noodles.
