Come stay with us and enjoy our oceanfront paradise, with incredible views, in our well appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Maui condo! Kanai A Nalu Unit #319 is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, making this a tranquil retreat offering unparalleled beauty and relaxation. Enjoy your mornings with the spectacular sunrise views from your private lanai! With a prime location and an oceanfront condo your dream vacation awaits. Listen to the calming ocean surf. Play at the longest beach on Maui, Sugar beach, as it stretches uninterrupted for 4 miles to Kihei, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sand castle building, long walks and romantic sunset strolls! For surfing enthusiasts, the freight trains of Ma'alaea bay are right out front! Be amazed as you watch the whales play (seasonal Dec-April) from your lanai! A peaceful direct ocean front complex in a private, tranquil setting with sweeping ocean and mountain views, and a convenient central location to explore all Maui has to offer! If you enjoy escaping the crowds, you will love the access to the 4 miles of secluded Sugar Beach. It is a short walk on the street side via Haycraft Park, we are 3 complexes from the entrance. Often, when the ocean conditions allow, we are also able to access the beach on the water side from the SE corner of our complex. Changing tides and Mother nature's weather dictate the access. We are always amazed at how much our beach topography changes during the year. Older and limited mobility guests may not find the water side a safe way to enter the beach, and elect to enter via the street side. Sugar Beach stretches 4 miles to Kihei, the longest sandy beach on Maui! The condo has been remodeled and is equipped with convenience of home. The tropical landscape of the complex provides a relaxing area with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning or reading, and a community pool.

The central location of the complex makes the airport and many attractions a short 15-30 minute drive by car! The trade winds offer nice cooling breezes and the split A/C units provide extra cooling if needed. The complex has parking, near Elevators, on each end for accessing the condo unit. Property was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, and very close to the ocean and beach. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. We will recommend to any of our friends travelling to Maui, and would stay again if we ever go back.

Our vacation in Maui was great. The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony was incredible. We had everything we needed. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. It was very clean. The beach was just a short walk away and was everything I had anticipated when imagining a beachfront condo. We saw monk seals and turtles from our deck. The harbor access was wonderful. We were so close to nice restaurants and stores. The fishing excursion we went on was a short five minute drive to the boat. Kate was a great hostess and gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay. If I ever returned to Maui, I will definitely contact her again. Once again, thank you for everything

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The ease of check-in, parking and check-out took a lot of stress out of a first time VRBO rental experience! Kate kept in touch from the moment I made the reservation with tips and suggestions for the area and to make sure we were taken care of. The location was perfect for our home base. All the extra thoughtful touches, such as the beach accessories and binoculars were great. The unit was lovey and comfortable.10/10 all around! We look forward to coming back for another adventure!

Our first trip to Maui was beyond anything we could have imagined, and this condo only improved the experience. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the larger oceanside towns on Maui. I can't recommend this condo enough and hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Location was outstanding with direct access to miles of pristine beach - great for morning walks! The lanai felt private and provided the most beautiful and serene view of the ocean. It’s truly located right above the beach and was so peaceful to hear the waves. There’s good snorkeling in the rocks right in front. The condo is very clean and tidy, with modern updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and the community grill was perfect for easy dinners. There are plenty of beach towels and chairs/umbrella. Above all, Kate provided exceptional service with excellent communication and follow through to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience in her inviting home. I was so happy I chose to stay here. I highly recommend!

Beautiful views, great location, nice place. I only gave it four stars, you can’t access the beach anymore from the resort, because of storm damage. You have to walk two resorts down and enter from the park. Otherwise my sisters and I had a great time.

We loved every moment of the stay, except getting caught in a downpour in Hana! The central location was perfect for every direction we went whether it was south for a luau, East for Hana, upcountry for Haleakala or west for a wonderful dinner at Mala tavern. We watched whales everyday from the lanai and saw green turtles near the seawall every afternoon. We took advantage of the pool most days and had no issues finding a chaise to use. The condo is totally stocked with everything we needed and we loved being able to do laundry so we could just bring a carry on. We had a few questions during the trip and Kate was very swift to answer. Great host experience. I appreciated all of the information Kate communicated before the trip. It’s a lovely place and we hope to return very soon! Mahalo for everything!

This was a fully stocked condo so that only food I’d cook myself was needed. Great views, noisy surf but it’s the ocean! Terrific beds, bath, and decent if not anything parking. Cool pool and short distance to the rest of Maui, sans Lahaina. Don’t attempt to go up there. Not ready to receive visitors despite what Gov Green says.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views. The condo is fully stocked with all the necessities, including a great selection of items for the beach. We loved listening to the waves from the balcony, and visiting the beach right next to the property. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kate provided all the details needed to make checking in and out a breeze. She also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, since the fires broke out during our stay. Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking to visit Maui, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time in Maui. This property is a central location to adventure from in all directions. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved waking up and returning to it each day. The property owner was very communicative throughout the booking and stay process, ensuring everything was ok. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to make the trip easy.

This property was perfect for our family, including my 2 teenage boys! It was very comfortable and roomy! The second bedroom was set up for them and the unit was stocked with everything we needed (beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, etc)! Kate was such a gracious host and has really thought of everything! She was a great communicator and the check in / out process was super easy! The location is perfect, too! It was about 30 minutes from Wailea or Lahaina! Oh, and the view is amazing from the balcony!!!!!

Great view, condo was as described online. Clean, cozy & in a nice area. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, towels, sand toys chairs & cooler. Total beach vaca treat! Co do also we’ll stocked with toilet paper & necessities. We didn’t need to buy any paper towel, silverware, t.p, ect. I also appreciate that they let prior guests leave unopened drinks & condiments in fridge. Soo helpful! Loved our stay we all agreed we’d stay here again if we visit Maui!

We are former owners of another unit in Kanai A Nalu. The location of theses condos is the best in all of Maui. They are central to nearly everything! This unit is extremely well maintained. It's very clean and supplied with anything you might require. The owner, Kate, is a very pro-active communicator. The on-site orientation notebook explains everything! The views...well, those are life changing! Kate's unit is amazing!

Great location with beach access. Both beds are huge and make for a good nights rest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything most cooks will need. Comes with 4 beach chairs,2 boogie boards, and snorkle equipment. Central location for easy access around the island. They have everything you will need down to q-tips in the bathroom to clean the ocean water out of your ears! Perfect place to stay and we will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Kate's condominium at Maui. It is centrally located with easy access to Airport, Road to Hana, Kihei and Lahaina. The condo had all the required amenities plus extra that you don't find at other places. The instructions were very well detailed and documented that made it very easy for us to use the amenities. We got to see lot of whales from the lanai in the morning. I would definitely stay here again in future.
