「Unfortunately there were renovation works taking place... so trying to relax with hammers and chainsaw was not ideal. I wish we had been advised when I booked. Otherwise the food was excellent, the staff outstanding. The room was just ok, despite the offered upgrade. No light switch by the bed, super noisy aircon that kept waking us up at night. 「I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back.」
