Riverfront Cottage Waipu
- Comfortable, private cottage situated right on the Waipu River on Cove Road. The River is great for great for swimming, kayaking and Waipu Cove is 5km further down the road. Lovely north-facing verandah is very sunny and warm. The house sleeps five - one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with 2 x single beds and a bedrooms, and a divan bed in the upstairs lounge; and has one bathroom.
Please note that this is a typical kiwi bach whereby tenants are required to take their own linen etc and leave the house clean and tidy.

Me and my three girl friends (age 20) stayed in the cottage for one night as part of our road trip, it was very homely, clean and welcoming! Very well stocked with cooking facilities, books and tv! We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend thanks so much!

Short stay for a wedding
We enjoyed our short stay at the Bach to attend a wedding- it was easy to find, and convenient, with just a short drive to town. A lovely place with plenty of character and backed on to the river- a nice place in a nice area for a break!

Quaint and charming bach with pretty outlook.
It was a lovely family bach with all that we needed for a weekend away. Our family group of 5 really enjoyed staying here and we'd happily stay again. Thanks owners!

A piece of the past
A great find in this location and budget. Whilst dated it hold the charm of grandmas Bach.
A little cold in September, I wished I’d brought a hot water bottle and a blanket. We’d definitely stay again.

Amazing spot
Great kiwi bach in an amazing location. Loved the rustic feel of the place, comfortable and well set up. Bed was great and the outdoor decks upstairs and downstairs have super views (especially upstairs), with downstairs getting sun most of the day. Town supply meant a nice shower. Thanks for lettingus stay.
