「Charming little house with plenty of room for its purpose. 4 nights here cost just a few dollars more than a 4-night stay at the nearby chain hotel. That's a few dollars more for an incredibly greater experience. No brainer if you ask me. We will use it again, no doubt about it.」

「When we arrived at this property we were unable to get in because we were not given the correct code to the door. About 40 minutes after contacting the host, they responded and gave us the correct code. When we entered the house we found that it was not cleaned from the previous renters. The host was able to get a cleaner there within about a half an hour. A single man there to clean a 5 bedroom house took several hours and we were still trying to dry the towels at midnight. After that...

「Perfect stay. Great location in Wake Forest. So close to everything, especially downtown Wake Forest. Debra had everything set up before we arrived. She explains everything well in advance. The code was given timely to enter the houseThe house has everything that you could possibly need. The space did not feel small. The home was cozy, comfortable, and has a nice deck to relax on and a fenced in back yard. Our puppies felt right at home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We...

「Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!」

「Darla was a stellar host. Before we arrived she asked what brought us in town and provided a list of things to do and places to eat. Overall a great location, easily accessible, and very clean. A few times we saw her outside of the premises tending to the yard or the other unit. Nice to see someone take pride in there spaces. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 」

「We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We...

「We really loved the house, view, large backyard, and the way the space was set up. Unfortunately, it was touted as a fully stocked kitchen with no need to bring anything. We quickly found out the first night while trying to cook dinner, that there were no baking pans, only 2 options out of a set of measuring cups, only 1 side of the toaster worked, and there was only 1 serving/mixing bowl. We ended up having to go out to the store to get the items we needed that we assumed would be there. Also...
