「We enjoyed this beautiful two bedroom property in a quiet section of York near the train station. The hosts were very friendly and communicated with us frequently. They left us a lovely welcome basket, coffee supplies, and milk in the fridge. The property is beautifully furnished and finished. 」

「It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.」

「The property has a wonderful garden and great views across the valley. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed using in the evenings. Being an older home, the downstairs rooms were rather dark, but the bedrooms upstairs had plenty of light and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

「A great location for a weekend away in York. The property was spotless when we arrived and great communication from the owner. 25 minutes to walk into the centre of York, via the river path and free in street parking was a real bonus.」

「Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the...

「The house is very convenient for walking to the many attractions of York city centre. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a good shower. Communcation with the host was excellent. We would certainly recommend!」
