In the Trees - NH w/ Lake Access
RELAX in this BRAND NEW getaway with all the necessities to escape reality! Nestled on a hill within the trees, unwind with a beverage on the back deck or lower lounge and relish the peace and tranquility the property offers.
Steps away from the beautiful Province Lake, take a swim or launch your boat for a cruise. Enjoy a scenic round of golf at Province Lake Golf Course & then enjoy a meal at the local restaurants or take a drive to explore Wolfboro (30mins) or North Conway (45mins).
Three access points to the lake are available with in less than 5 minute walk.
1) Little beach association which includes a shared dock for in and out use along with a swim raft that will be installed early summer
2)Towle Farm Community which is near the boat ramp. Includes a shared dock for in and out access and a swimming area to the right.
3) Along side Rt.153 towards Maine border is a public swimming area.
Open concept living space and the master bedroom lofted above. A second bedroom on the ground floor includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and full-size mattress on the bottom bunk. Couch also folds out to provide an additional sleeping space for 2.

Beautiful house but not really a 3 bedroom since the living room is considered the 3rd room. The house was new and mostly clean aside from dog hair and lots of dust under furniture and left over trash outside in the yard. The distance to the lake is perfect but unfortunately the lake was contaminated with bacteria so we weren’t able to swim but we hiked nearby with beautiful views! We did visit family nearby and it made for the best weekend experience!!

Modern updates. Clean and cozy. Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful. A retreat. Easy access to lake. Wonderful views.A steep drive up the hill but manageable.Some improvements to water pressure helpful.Second bedroom on first floor … just a place to sleep. A bit isolated.Some window covering helpful to adjust the natural light illumination.
