「Good breakfast and nice staff」

「Around 8-10min by walk to central station, clean and big room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. I will stay again for next visit」

「The room is clean and comfortable. However, there is no air-conditioners during the heat wave. Opening the window was not an option since there was loud music at the lakeside and people shouting till 1 am. It is not near the city center and it takes around 15 mins. However, walking along the lakeside to city center is very pleasant. Parking is also easy.」

「Very good!」

「Voll okay」

「The aircon was not working and no one come to fix. There are many ants on the carpet, cleaningless is terrible」

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」

「Tolles, sehr neues Hotel! Topmodern und stylisch.」

「Basic, good enough value for money. Old, built of hard materials, so all noise like doors slamming and foot steps are noisy. Trams run all night, so rooms facing the street are noisy」
