「The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement.
The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture.

「Our stay at this 2 bedroom home was very enjoyable. It's listed as quirky, (okay), but it's charming, interesting, and tasteful too! Beds were very comfortable. I was amazed at all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were there on one of the hottest days of the year, yet the house remained a comfortable temp. And the price was excellent. Communication with Sarah was very easy. I would recommend this.」
