“The hotel itself was fine. It was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The negative review has more to do with the staff. Initially, I booked for one night. We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. “Beautiful property. The cabin was clean and refreshing, smelled like the woods! As for most places, the pool and hot tub hours never lined up with being able to use it after my meetings.
