Between the gigantic pines and pond with a fountain this makes for a perfect wedding venue!

your in a Treehouse if you have an insect issue and don`t like a little motion this house is not for you. No Refunds will be given.

The Treehouse is an adventure type setting! The Magical Treehouse is subject to light swaying in windy weather.

The pool is a shared pool. Please note that this pool is not your typical pool it has 60` + trees surrounding it. Please do not complain that there are leaves in the pool. It is serviced weekly.

There are neighbors (rv`s parked at the back of the property with a fence and trees separating them)
The house itself is private.

The Lonestar cabin is also located onsite here as well.

There are other cabins near by that are vacation rentals. please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. wifi can be slow your in a forest!

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BECAUSE THERE ARE BUGS, BEE`S, WASPS, SPIDERS ETC.. OR ANY OTHER INSECTS, WILDLIFE, OR NATURE AROUND THIS PROPERTY. WE ARE IN A FOREST!

There are storms in Texas that cause power outages. please check weather before booking as we don`t give refunds for such issues.
