「This cabin was such a perfect getaway home for us. We were very close to Glen Rose, it didn’t take long at all to get into town to do the activities. Property was very nice with lots of room for the kids to run around and play. They loved the swings and the daily visits from the dogs. We had never been to that area before, and it was a great experience. 」

Kids fished their hearts out. We kayaked and realized we need our own for bayou living! My only suggestions are that the kitchen needs more pots, pans, and basic measuring tools and the bathrooms could use more towels and wash cloths. 」

「House was very spacious. The backyard was a great space to relax and enjoy. 」

「The rustic Hillside cabin is located a few miles off the beaten path, yet close enough to Glen Rose to easily drive to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The setting is serene and peaceful. One thing to be aware of is that the cabin is a bit small - it is not spacious on the inside but there is plenty of room to explore outside. We had a lovely time.」

「The house had everything we needed and room for us, our children, and grandchildren. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The little kids enjoyed the pool and the young adults liked the rope swing on the dock. We also used the canoe. Great place to stay!」

「We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. 」
