The Space:

Situated upstairs on the first floor, these spacious 3 bedroom, serviced Wanaka apartments are perfect for families or friends travelling together and for longer stays.



Offering a fully equipped kitchen, dining area & comfortable lounge with gas fire and heat pump. Large screen TV with SKY channels, DVD player & FREE unlimited WiFi. 2 modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms also offers a bath.



All apartments have their own balcony and complimentary access to a private car garage which is ideal for drying and storing outdoor equipment such as skis and bikes securely.

Enjoy the use of the Swimming pool, spa, gym and tennis court while you stay.

There is a ski rack in the garage for your skis.

The key container was unlocked when we arrived and the keys were available to anybody who looked -a minusGenerally fine. However, the address instructions in the email were not quite correct: the actual entry point to the property was on Albury Rd, the first driveway after exiting left from Anderson Rd. We actually were guided there by a neighbouring motel owner.

Upscale town and upstairs unit

This condominium is located a short drive from downtown. Make sure to read the directions from the manager as the visual of the exterior is helpful for knowing where to park. There is a washer and dryer (no laundry detergent). We followed the instructions and the room gets very humid if you close the door. We recommend leaving it open while doing the laundry, which in turn heats up the place. They do have a mini split AC to help and airing out the place before sunset helps cool it off too. We appreciated they provided a few snacks, coffee and tea. However, there’s a Nespresso machine and no pods. That was a source of disappointment in the morning and the Nespresso machine should be removed from the unit. One note: There is a flight of stairs and you will need to carry your bags.Wanaka reminded us of California with its climate, shrubbery and surf shops.
