「Beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway. Within a walkie distance to town and the local town. It was also pet friendly and this was a huge bonus. Also the house was spotless, two toilets, washing machine and a huge living area with two outdoor decks. We absolutely loved it. 」

「We had a lovely stay . Convenience at your doorstep. Close walk into town. Comfortable and cosy home as described by owner. We stayed there on a very hot weekend and were surprised at how cool the house was we did not even need to use the aircon! Also close to an interesting bush walk loop just up the road. 」

「Place has a great kitchen lounge dine area. Heater works fantastic. Maintenance of the building could use some work, bathroom sink was blocked, towel rails broken but they are trying to salvage, beds not great. Master sleeps on a slope towards their feet. Gets the job done but!」

「The hosts have great communication and provide lots of advice and assistance. The property is definately "Unique" and "Quirky" with a bit of a handbuilt feel to it. It might not suit everyone, a few things might seem a bit rough around the edges, but it suits the vibe of the place and it suited us. Probably not good for young children.Merrijig is a convenient location, particularly for off-season travel, being halfway between Mansfield and Mt Buller made logistics much easier than if we stayed...

「The studio was new and clean as advertised and though small, it was fine. (We didn’t have our dog with us.) Our only complaint was that we could hear the lodgers next door and above us, so a bit of sound-proofing would be helpful. The night the townhouse next door was empty was great!」
