Tolles Hotel. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksangebot richtig umfangreich und wechselt täglich. Zimmer waren sauber und haben einen guten Standard. Sauna & SPA-Bereich sind top. Fitnessstudio ist für ein Hotel auch gut.

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Hotel direkt am See – ideal zum Entspannen und Durchatmen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders empfehlen können wir ein Zimmer im Altbau – stilvoll, ruhig und mit schönem Ausblick. Etwas weniger charmant sind die Zimmer im Neubau, da sie direkt über dem Altenheim liegen und auch in ihrer Einrichtung eher an diese Nutzung erinnern. Wir gehen aber davon aus, dass hier bald renoviert wird. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder, vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und dem Service!

Leider ist das Haus in dem die Zimmer sind, etwas zu warm auch bei normalen Außentemperaturen. Aber sonst ist alles in einen guten Zustand und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend!!!

Konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und auch viel in der Umgebung machen. Den Pool haben wir viel benutzt und sowohl Zimmer als auch Essen waren super.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern in einer tollen Lage direkt am See. Schöne und neue Wellness Landschaft und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Verbesserungswürdig sind ledig die viel zu hohen und massiven Kissen. Es gibt ein Mini-Kissen, dass zu klein ist und ein riesiges Kissen, bei dem man fast im Bett sitzt beim drauf liegen 😅 wenn man die austauschen könnte wäre gar nichts zu bemängeln. Ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Es liegt etwas abseits. Hat kein Restaurant um außerhalb der Halbpension zu essen. Einen Abend haben wir an der Halbpension teilgenommen - Barbecue Abend - war nicht gut. Es wurde alles vorgegrillt und dann wie bei einem Buffet angerichtet und ?warm gehalten? Muss unbedingt verbessert werden. Preis / Leistung für Buffet stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.

4 Sterne nur beim Preis

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Aus meiner Sicht fehlt dem Hotel jedoch Struktur in vielen Bereichen. So waren z.B. die elektronischen Zimmerschlüssel nicht bis zum Check-Out freigeschalten. Entgegen der Ankündigung verfügt das Hotel nicht über ein Restaurant. Es gibt eine Abendverpflegung nur als Halbpension mit zwei möglichen 3-gänge Menüs. Das Restaurant, vom Personal als Speisesaal bezeichnet, präsentiert sich als solcher. Es ist ein nettes aufgeräumtes Bistro. Für mein Empfinden eines vier Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Leider ignoriert die Belegschaft die Möglichkeit der elektronischen und persönlichen Tischreservierung um dann anderen Gästen einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Essen findet in zwei vorgegebenen Zeitfenstern statt. Wir hatten uns für den zweiten Durchgang um 19:30 Uhr entschieden. Leider gab es für 4 Personen keinen gedeckten Tisch obwohl der Wunsch hinterlegt war. Eingedeckt wurde nachdem wir uns einen Tisch gesucht hatten. Um es abzukürzen: das Weizen gab es im Bierseidel, die Vorspeise kam nach ca. 45 min und war nicht wirklich heiß. Besteck fehlte. Die Getränke kamen nach ca. 30 Minuten. Alles in allem Kantienencharakter und -niveau. Das Frühstück war gut, am zweiten Abend bot sich in der Kantine das selbe Bild. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mir persönlich fehlt ein erkennbares Konzept bei der Ausstattung. Was wirklich einem 4 Sterne Hotel entspricht, sind die Preise. Schade, dass Hotel hat Potential.

Dienstreise nach Waren (Müritz)

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in Waren mehr als zufrieden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, auch überall war das Personal äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war opulent - der Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr schön. Zum Hotel gehört ein großes Schwimmbad und eine schöne Saunalandschaft. Baden ging ich im hoteleigenen Steg im Tiefwaren See. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schön, ich habe herrlich geschlafen. Das Bad war sehr groß.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Wir hatten nach der Buchung eine Anfrage hinsichtlich der Reservierung von Fahrrädern und einem Zimmer oberhalb des Erdgeschosses gestellt. Die Anfrage wurde ignoriert. Als wir da waren, haben wir prompt ein EG-Zimmer (der Seeblick verfing sich in einer Hecke) bekommen und mit Glück noch zwei Fahrräder ergattert. Im Zimmer war der Fußboden nicht sauber und während des Aufenthalts (2 Nächte) wurde nicht saubergemacht. Es gibt ein Restaurant mit Buffet, aber nicht a la carte. Beim Check-out sollte der bereits über hotels.com gezahlte Zimmerpreis nochmal gezahlt werden. Zudem war der Preis höher. Positiv war das Frühstück und die sehr guten Elektroräder des Hotels.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch toll fand ich, dass man unmittelbar am Wasser /in der Natur war. Und das Essen war super lecker! :)
