We booked a 3 night stay after the host said the pool was heated, and we were told the pool was ready to go.Upon arrival, the pool was not finished being cleaned and filled. A maintenance crew arrived a couple of hours later. After that, the pool never heated up the entire stay. When we entered the house, there were bugs everywhere, dead and alive.
