「The room wasn’t clean, graffiti on the bathroom door, couch in a room with soiled and armed for torn. Floor's had water spots as well as the couch as if the room was in the flood. Ice machine filter was so dirty as well as the ice machine itself. I didn’t feel safe to get the ice out of the ice machine..」

「The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean.
The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing to hear. Not as good as my last...
