Welcome to Clairfont Guest Apartments

1 BR APARTMENT UNIT 3

Our one bedroom units feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed that can be split into two twins, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, a well appointed ensuite bathroom, a dining and living room that can very comfortably accommodate an additional two persons.

We are:
* 5 minute walk from the beautiful pink sand beaches
* 3 minute walk from the public transportation
* 3 minute walk to children’s playground
* 17 minutes away from the City of Hamilton


We have 8 self-contained units equipped with separate kitchens, cable TV, telephone service, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet service. Clairfont also features a beautiful pool area, laundry facilities, a video and book library, barbeque pits, and a reserve back-up generator to ensure there are no service disruptions even in severe weather. We can also arrange airport taxi transport for a minimal fee.

We have 6 one bedroom units and 2 studio units.

What I did like was the location. What I did not like was the pool was empty of water, and they never notified us of this situation, as one of the reasons we rented there was cuz it had a pool. When I inquired about this all my emails went unanswered. Kinda tells you what they think of their customer. Would not rent there again as you don't know what you're going to get.

Disappointed

Unfortunately the toilet overflowed the 1st morning. We couldn't use the bathroom & had to manage the spill to contain it in the bathroom. We called the numbers for the host/management & texted them, but had to wait until they arrived for regular office hours for assistance. The after hours phone listed in the guest information book was outdated. We were disappointed by the communications & way this emergency was handled.

Birthday Carnival Vacation with friends.

I had a very nice stay. It was very short but I enjoyed it. Very easy check in process. I had a full schedule so I wasn’t at the apartment all that much but I did find time to go to the pool. The staff I saw seemed friendly. The place smelled very clean. I didn’t need to contact the owners but before the trip the communication was good.
