“We rented two condos at Zermatt for the weekend to join a family reunion in Heber. This was the nicer of the two units. It was a well-furnished unit with a great layout, close to the pool and parking areas!! It was tricky to find but once located, easy to come in the back door by the pool. The main entrance of the building is under construction June 2023. Not sure how long it will be out of order.”

“We were very disappointed in our accommodations. We arrived to the two connected units and nothing had been cleaned. Beds were dirty, used towels were on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and the kitchen was dirty with trash still in the cans. It was obvious that someone had stayed there and nothing had been cleaned afterward. We contacted the host right away. The gentleman sent us to another two units down the hall. We entered the new code and walked in on people already staying in those……

“Excellent place for a family reunion/ Christmas. We brought 14 people: mom and dad, 4 adult children plus 2 spouses and then 5 kids ages 9-17. The layout was perfect. Enough space for everyone. Bathrooms were big and beautiful! Kitchen was small only enough space for two people at a time but we made it work. Not enough silverware for 14 so we’d recommend bringing some paper goods too. We did dishwasher twice a day because it is also small but it worked for us. (Think RV sized appliances but a……
