"This is a best managed hotel that I have ever stayed. The front desk staff is warm and helpful. The breakfast is great. The room is very spacious and it is a suite. Walmart and other shopping facilities are nearby. "

"Nice staff just wish they had more amenities, & beware of ticks since it’s a heavily wooded area :(. Easy check in and check out though!"

"We are experienced travelers and this was by far the most welcoming staff of any property. Breakfast although had to be paid for, was wonderful. The chef was interactive and inviting to all. The only section this gets a B minus on is shower water pressure. A little more pressure would have been relaxing after a 5 hour drive. Otherwise I give this property a solid A for Awesome."

"The cleaning service was non existent. I stood at the hotel for 5 nights and my room was cleaned once. I had to call for service and all that was done was the bed and the trash. We were not given towels (I had to call for them), the toilet paper was not replenished (there were four of us in the room), and the complimentary coffee was not replenished."

"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights."
