"Clean room . Felt safe although there was a shooting within a week of our stay. No breakfast, but nice coffee station. Within blocks of the National mall"
"We had an amazing time there. Staff was helpful and friendly! We were several hours early and they let us check in around 11am even though check in time was 3pm. We were able to keep our car there in their private underground parking garage as soon as we arrived which was around 6am as we explored the city and got breakfast for a few hours. Overnight parking there was $45. The pool, gym, and lobby was well kept, clean, and organized. The room was clean, and spacious. They greeted us when entering and leaving the hotel and were overall just a pleasant group of people who tried to make our stay comfortable and inviting. The location was nice as well, and within walking distance to all the major sites. We would definitely go back again!"
"Clean and up to date. Although the bed was a bunkbed, mattress was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Even smaller than I expected although the bathroom had ample room compared to the bedroom. Too expensive for room size. But a perfect location to the great Penn Quarter restaurants, Smithsonian Portrait and National Art Museums, both Shakespeare Theatres and immediately across the street from the Metro which provides great access to the entire city. Short ride to the Amtrak Union Station."
"Reasonable hotel in a great location but the room was dated and not cleaned very well. They did not automatically replace coffee, cups or toilet rolls ( had to ask). Room lighting was also poor and the old air conditioning unit was noisy. It was OK for a few days sightseeing."
"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast options and a cute rooftop where you can hangout and grab some food. The area is quiet but easy to navigate! Would stay here again"
"Nice clean hotel, easy checkin, comfy bed, shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure though, TV is quirky and won’t cast /mirror to all streaming apps so limited to what u can watch, and a constant squealing/high pitched noise ran all nite in my room. Went to ask front desk and they said they’ve had others complain too but offered no solutions. Was helpful to have a grocery store right across the street though."
