「Ideal location for a group motorcycle ride - a block off "The Green Eyed Snake" (highway 421); one of my all-time favorite roads. Also, many other great motorcycle roads in the area. We used the fire pit every night to relive the day's ride. 」

「We loved being here and hope to return one day. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect location at the beginning of the Virginia Creeper Trail.The farmhouse was great with nice hot showers, outside fire pit and grill, plenty of games, TV, towels , relaxing porches, night time stars, and room to relax. We saw plenty of deer in our brief time there . Communication with the owner was easy as we both texted and called. Access to the wild ponies at Grayson Highlands and the views on Whitetop were...

Oh my, the house, it is picturesque, it should be featured in a magazine. It is the cleanest vacation rental house we have stayed in. A big plus, just a short drive to Watauga lake.
