「It was in good location with easy access to the bars and beach about 25min walk to the pier I didn’t like that the front desk closed so early and they don’t give you any more towels, you have to clean them your self so that’s weird but the room was pretty clean I’d stay again mainly for the price 」

「The outside bar was ok, rooms were dirty sheets and blankets had stains on them and sheets didn’t fit the bed. Floors was very dirty and garbage disposal didn’t work we had plunge the kitchen sink. The grounds was very clean.」

「Beautiful, large apartments. Huge baths and closets. The locking system did not work properly on arrival and no one there on Sunday to fix. Quiet area but not close to restaurants or beach. Sofa and chair were very uncomfortable and beds were hard. Great having all the appliances incl.washer & dryer. We mainly had the pool to ourselves. Good value for a long stay. 」

「Did not like the fact that I was chewed out by housekeeping for checking my code for the room early. I was instructed by check in desk to go up and see if my code worked yet, when i did the rudest good for nothing housekeeper yelled and chewed me out infront of my guest. She said no one would of told us that. Went back to check in desk and advised her of her mistake. Then i was supposed to of been notified when my room was ready but they said they had been trying to call me for 3 hours to tell...

「I felt the communication between check- in and stay was poor for example : arrival had door access code wasn’t clear on which one was the correct one the not on the beach on the lake but beach access but again needed a code for that and not ADA accessible need to know also a bit of a walk. Water in shower started out hot but didn’t maintain Now some good news close to everything lots of things to go too off property stores food shopping sites and a ADA access to the beach in Walton County...
