「We booked our stay with this host an entire month in advance, fully paid and confirmed. In addition we confirmed our booking with the host two days before our stay and we were given the green light. To give context we drove over two hours in order to stay at this VRBO location, so this wasn't a situation where we could just easily turn around and come home. So we were told by the host we would be given the key code five minutes before check in time, which was 4 pm. We ended up leaving later than...

We asked the company if we could postpone our trip not even to a peak weekend we were willing to come anytime they offered. They refused and even 」

「Our family had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It’s in a great location and, as listed the views were amazing. It was quiet with no close neighbors, a perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy. There was great communication, even in the home itself…everything was labeled and easy to find. I highly recommend. 」

「The cabin itself was wonderful and fun with a great view. Trying to check-in with no information was hard because we had no cell service and there was no wifi info written down. Also had no idea how to work the pellet stove so that took a while. A breaker was needing to be reset as well. After that we had a blast and spent lots of time in the cabin or in the hot tub. 「This is was such a welcomed mountain oasis for a couple of families to get together. The home was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I was most impressed by all the thoughtful amenities to add a comfortable touch - including a stocked coffee bar, kitchen staples, a first-aid cabinet, kids sleds, dog supplies... the list goes on and on. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. Host was very kind and quick to respond to questions. Bonus for lovely views and greetings from the local...
