「Nice place. The inside was clean, but the exterior did not give a favorable 1st impression. The neighborhood was very quiet. Ran into 1 issue, which the owner quickly corrected. The bathrooms definitely showed their age. We found the upstairs bathtub/shower did not feel safe for a shower. No mat and the bathtub floor was quite slick. There are also a few lighting issues. All said, it was a respectable place with a responsive owner.」
