The room is full renovated on the first floor and comes with a comfortable private room with Queen size bed, full closet space, kitchenette area, laundry area, mirror, plenty of light, and window view. TV and cable channels provided. Free wifi provided. Private room and bathroom. Shared space outside patio. Owner lives in townhome as well.

Fully renovated and refurbished. Great backyard patio access.

In a fairly quiet neighborhood with street parking. The home was easy to check in and the room was just enough space for one person. Loved it. The bathroom was spacious, kitchenette was helpful and the communication from the host was prompt. Great stay, would stay again/recommend.

My biggest concern was my own safety once I left the townhouse. The area the host lives is going under gentrification. The neighborhood that the host is nice, but getting to and from is rough in places. If you are a single woman I would only rent this place if you own a car or take Ubers. The buses are ok in the daytime, but night it gets rougher. As someone without a car, during the daytime I walked to the metro 1.2 miles and took walks around the neighborhood. I took the bus during the day and night and Ubers at night.

Very affordable and cozy room in the DC area. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Had all the amenities you need!
