The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were quick to issue the key. The room was clean and well stocked. The door needed to be slammed shut to fully lock, but that was fine. The HVAC worked well, and there was plenty of Wifi. The hotel is located next to a Target, which was nice to stop over at for breakfast at Starbucks. Overall, a good visit.

It was a little beat up, cig burns on the bed spread, I think we had a smokers room without realizing it, but it was good enough for what we were looking for. An affordable option in the area and getting downtown was pretty easy

The front desk staff was friendly! The bathroom could use a attention, as it was hairy and didn’t have hot water in the bath. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and there was no heat in the room. The location was nice, and they did offer parking.

The place was clean and the staffs were nice and very friendly and very helpful! The location of this hotel is great! But other than that the hotel is very minimalistic! I didn’t care, because I was traveling by myself! But if i had my wife with, I wouldn’t pick this place!

Parking and AC was great. Had to wait a while to get checked in as the staff member that was supposed to be behind the desk was somewhere cleaning. He came back with a spray bottle and cleaning rag. Additionally, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I supposed some guests ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms. That’s tough for people like me who are negatively affected by smoke smell.

Considering the nightly rate, the place is very good for a short stay, especially close to the main attractions of Washington, D.C. Target is a 2-minute walk, which is an option to have some quick breakfast in case you need it. I loved the place with my family and kids. The property owner could take the suggestion of placing a quick lock inside the washroom area.
