The living room features a plush sectional sofa to kick back and enjoy some down time with your favorite Netflix shows on the 65 inch TV. There is also a separate seating area to gather around and share stories.

The heart of the house is the open-concept kitchen, where culinary adventures take center stage with our fully equipped kitchen.

-DINING ROOM:
In the adjacent dining area, a large table is set up to gather around for a scrumptious meal.

Den: Twin Bunk beds, TV (no door, covered with light blocking curtains for privacy)

This is part of ongoing improvements to the property, and we appreciate your patience as the work continues.

Perfect location, safe area and very convenient to everything. Very nice place to stay and will stay again when in the area. Just make sure you park exactly as explained (ask the concierge) or you Will be towed as we were. Even with that, we highlyRecommend. Thank you to our wonderful host.

Couldn't have asked for more! Perfect for site seeing and spending time with family!

Fantastic condo! The location is unbeatable—being so close to the metro, restaurants and grocery stores made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The decor was stunning, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. Enough space for everyone with every corner of the property thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless upon arrival. Perfect location for visiting all that Arlington and DC has to offer. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting DC. The apartment had everything we needed, including an outdoor parking area where we always found at least one spot. It was in a very nice location, close to various restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area in the future.

A great property! The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. The apartment was clean, new, and well appointed. The location was great - 2 blocks to the Crystal City Metro - with a great convenience store right in the basement. Two things to keep in mind: 1) guests do not have control over the HVAC setting - when it's heating season the heat is on and controllable by thermostat; when it's cooling season the AC is on and controllable by thermostat, but if it's a HOT April day, you cannot switch to AC. Your only options are heat or no HVAC. 2) the room with the bunkbeds is not a real bedroom. It's an alcove just big enough for the bunks with a curtain separating the space from the hallway. This worked fine for our 9 & 13 year old kids who wore noise cancelling headphones to bed, but might be problematic if your kids need more space, privacy, or soundproofing. We'll definitely go back!

Everything we needed

Two night stay to inter a family member to Arlington, which was very close via rideahare. Benefited from booking late as the cost was reduced from normal rates. Vrbo fees appeared to be less than same property on another site. The door was tricky to open, but we figured it out. Having only one key was a inconvenient, but we worked it out. Residents are not happy to have nightly guests and one was vocal about it on the elevator. Basement food store was a godsend as was underground parking. All other basic needs were met. Recommend this apartment and owner.
