Great Location for Family Reunion

Paseos was a wonderful place to stay. It fit our very large family well. The community pool & slide, the pool at the house, plus all the other amenities included with the property, was perfect for our group to beat the heat of Southern Utah while still enjoying incredible access to mountain bike trails, Zions National park and the multitude of State Parks in the area. Our only issue was when we checked in- there had been a mix up with the cleaners of the property so the house wasn’t ready for us when we arrived. But- management and the cleaning company responded VERY quickly and had us in the house ready to enjoy our stay after a few hours. They checked in multiple times and did what they could to make it right over the course of the week. We appreciated the promptness to address the issue and get it taken care of. Overall, a 5 Star Stay, but with the random cleanliness issue that just happens with short term rentals. We were very happy with our experience!

The family enjoyed being there. The only complaint we had was there were no curtains or shades in the living/dining room in 1129. The sun was in our eyes in the afternoon when we gathered for dinner. 1121 had shades and we should have used that one for dinner. The homes were clean and nice and cool. The kids loved the waterpark. We also enjoyed relaxing in the private pool.

It had the some problem as most hotels covers and sheets too small which roam off the bed while sleeping. My wife and I may be the only ones who noticed this. We heard only positive comments from everyone. It was a wonderful experience. You were great hosts and the homes were ideal for meeting everyone's needs. Thank you!

Embarrassing

This is very embarrassing and disgusting i found and booked this place for are yearly trip of 20 people and was very embarrassed 3 of the toilets wouldn't work in one of the houses the hot tub was nasty when arrived and took them two days to get to it so we couldnt use it are first two days there and also found underwear next to it from the last party and to top it off finding someone else's blood on the sheets on the bed plus if you use a kitchen table chair watch out screws will just fall out every time
