We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very helpful about resolving any issues and communication was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a very quick drive into downtown D.C. I would just like to comment on the A/C that was amazing. The house was so comfortable inside on hot days.

For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day.

This is a three-story renovated house in a great location - but it is necessary to have a car. There is no public transportation nearby. The owner was very attentive and helpful during our stay—few hiccups along the stay which were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this house!

Amenities were not good. Broken couch, window, and their washing machine literally didn’t stop. I had to turn off the water by the water valve then drain it manually for the washer door to open. DO NOT COME HERE. They wanted to charge me for all the broken things they had. I made a mistake in not recording the property when I first got there because I was on a work trip and was busy with work.
Water is to the rim of the washer because the water could not stop.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!The cleanliness of the home was subpar. When I arrived, the property smelled of smoke. The washcloths and towels were in the dryer, and they were all badly stained or had hair on them. The owner was not very responsive when we tried to communicate our issues and I only heard back from him after customer service contacted him. Overall, I was not very pleased and hope no one else has this experience.

Very few furnishings

Four adults staying for four nights and the living room has one futon to sit on. The photos showed a couch, chairs and coffee table. Four cold not fit on the futon and it did not really have a back, so it was very uncomfortable. The bedrooms were very poorly furnished, nowhere to set your phone, CPAP etc.
