Deck safety: Please be mindful of having more than three people on the deck at the same time.

Urban noise: Expect typical city noise (cars/trucks/motorcycles, sidewalk activity). This is not a quiet location.

No parties/loud noise: Close-knit community; loud noise and parties are not allowed.

Walk-up building: No elevator. The unit is on upper floors with steep stairs (not suitable for guests who cannot comfortably use stairs).
