I came in and wasn't sure about what to expect, but I ended up prolonging my stay by one night thanks to the atmosphere, the people there and the place. The coffee is really good and the pod was comfortable, clean and private, a bit hard, but really nice for the price it comes at. It is a shared bathroom, it is a shared space after all, but they also have private rooms you can get. Overall it was great and I would definitely stay here again. It made ma want to stay longer😊😊😊

The property is in need of MAJOR maintenance. Missing tiles in the ceiling in the showers, stains on most anywhere you look up, side, front, rust, almost anywhere you look..and you’re lucky if the shower faucet doesn’t fall off before, mid, or while even looking at it. Location is decent to metro, food/drink options. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was decent..I was in the newer capsules that are wood and metallic. Poorly built so there will be gaps in places. Not sure I would stay here again - I felt like it was a bit of survival mode with all the exposed pipes and rust, and smells…but it’s okay if on a budget and need a 1 or 2 night place to stay.

It's a hosten in a nice and convenient neighborhood (near Metro). The beds were good, clean and comfortable. However the showers are quite run down, and not the cleanest. However, given the price what you normally would pay in DC. It's still a good deal.

Mixed reviews did make me worry about this place but honestly I had no issues, the place was always clean and tidy, the location was excellent and people were so friendly. It was my first hostel experience so I was a little worried but the pods are fab! I would totally recommend this place to people. The only thing is the front desk isn't manned all the time so this can make things difficult for those checking in

The capsules are being upgraded and now have lockable doors instead of curtains, and charging stations / outlets that work well! Plus, lockers are now also accessible via the Goku app. Staff was helpful as always. Even better experience than I've had in the past.
