Great property. The Trader Joe’s is right down the street for easy access to groceries. Close proximity to the rest of DC. The home was very clean and functional and between the queen bed and futon our family of three was very comfortable. I would stay here again

All I needed

I have been staying in DC every May for our Realtor Legislative meeting since 2013 (except for 2 covid years). This has been my favorite so far. Very clean and everything I need. The neighborhood with several restaurants and stores was also a huge plus.

This precious little hideaway is located on a very quiet street just off bustling 14th Street. Couldn't have picked a better location. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Washington DC girls trip

We all had a great time visiting Washington DC. The neighborhood was very convenient for us and seemed to have everything we would need in walking distance. grocery stores, great restaurants and yummy coffee shops. We would definitely go back!

Great location, clean and comfy place

We could walk to Logan Circle as well as restaurants, shops, Trader Joe’s and Wholefoods. We love the Scottish Freemason building with its pair of sphinxes. The place was clean, uncluttered, practical and thoughtfully decorated - a cozy basement flat in central DC. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

This was a great apartment! There was plenty of room for both of us. Very clean and a comfortable bed which really helps after a long day of walking about the city. The location was superb! We loved the quiet neighborhood a block from all the fun on 14th and U Street. The metro was a close walk each morning to get us quickly where we wanted to go. I would recommend La’Diplomat restaurant on 14th. I have to say all the food in DC was great. Also Ted’s Tarts was great too. That’s on 14th as well. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Rental was perfect and in a nice neighborhood...so much better then a hotel!! Really convenient to have laundry equipment there with fully stocked kitchen... after a long day of siteseeing it really felt like coming home!!! Property mamager Rick was extremely helpful before and during our stay.... never had to wait for an email return on any and every question I had and was super helpful with places to see and eat... will definitely stay here next time in DC! Thx Rick and Amy❣️

This apartment was a great place to stay...in a quiet city neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops and Trader Joe's. Very clean and comfortable lodging...we would stay here again. (Wish owner had let us leave our luggage before check-in.)

Incredible experience. Hosts went above and beyond in hospitality and accommodation. The room was immaculate and spacious with great decor and extra touches. The house is wonderful in a great neighborhood with wonderful architecture. You are in close proximity of a cab ride to majority hotspots of DC. Hosts provided great recommendations on a printed list and in conversation. Highly recommend.

Spacious studio w/everything and close to it all

My husband and I had a great stay at Rick and Amy's place, even though we were only in town for one night. Their basement apartment is located on a quiet, residential street that is within walking distance to the Black Cat and many great restaurants. The space itself was cozy and the perfect size for two people. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. We highly recommend booking Rick and Amy's place and would certainly stay again the next time we are in D.C.!

Perfect Getaway!

The place was awesome! Photos were great but the place was way better than they looked like. Communication was smooth. Everything you need is provided, perfect combination of bed and pillows! Definitely one for the books!
