「We didn’t receive check in info until I messaged the owner 30 mins before our arrival. The neighborhood is not great, it’s noisy, and there is no close proximity for restaurants or groceries. Would not recommend for small kids or families at all. The place desperately needs attention to multiple things that were either broken or just not clean. There is not 4 full bedrooms, but 3. The bed was broken in the second bedroom right in the middle and impossible to get rest on. Lamps in the floor and...

We had a couple unfortunate circumstances pop up (our oldest got sick) and Collin/ Laurie handled the situation SO well (we also were very communicative on the front end so that helped!)
