「The downstairs needs a couch and it would be amazing.」

「Beautiful place and cozy」

「Love this place. Beach is great. Tahoe is great. Condo was perfect.」

「Outstanding respite. Quiet, clean and convenient.」

「Nice quiet place. Beds are a bit hard but everything else was great.」

「The beautiful! Extremely clean and better than the pictures. We had one little hiccup trying to get into the property when we first arrived, but Amy was amazing and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to incline village.」

「There is needed upkeep on the property. Some of the carpet & floor was ruined, the master bed had a foam mattress which was uncomfortable, a towel bar broken in the kitchen, the driveway is very steep-hard to get in and out of our car, and the whole house feels like it's not level (slanted forward). It was very clean and in a great area, but we would not stay there again unfortunately.」

「Great location and the deck is set up to enjoy the outdoors.」

「We had a wonderful visit! We stayed a week in the summer and I can't say enough about the back patio and creek. It was exactly what we were looking for - tranquility in the mountains. The house was clean, well equipped/stocked, and the host was great. We look forward to staying here again!」

「Nice place.」

「Nice comfortable home with just about everything you would need」

「The day of check in I messaged the property owner to gain access. This is after I have fully paid, mind you. She answered her phone and seemed surprised. She hurriedly looked through emails to see that I in fact booked her place in Incline Village. Problem is her husband and so were there. She asked me for 30 minutes to make things right. I called 30 minutes later, and as the phone was ringing she cancelled the property due to “maintenance issues” and sent me a message that VRBO would...

「A neighbor became very violently verbally with me because of a parking mistake 」

「The place is well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. The patio and walkway was cleared of snow. The experience was frictionless. 」

「This is a wonderful home at which to stay. I cannot say anthing bad about it. It was clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Incline Village, and very peaceful. We would stay there again if we are back in the area.」
