“We had a really wonderful stay at this cozy cabin—it truly felt like a little piece of heaven. The area itself is beautiful, and we had an amazing time enjoying everything around us. The cabin was comfortable, inviting, and a great place to relax.Leading up to the trip, communication was a bit frustrating, as it seemed to be handled by an automated system that wasn’t always clear or helpful. “Beautiful view. House itself is a bit old, and shows in the condition of the stair flooring, lower ceiling heights, minimal insulation so that you hear noise a lot between floors. That said, overall a nice layout for two families”

“The home is cute and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately the deck and patio furniture were filthy and covered in spider webs - looked like it had not been cleaned or swept in a very long time. Needed to be swept, hosed down and washed. Also no patio umbrella was provided to insert into the table. BBQ cover was also dirty and covered in spider webs. Would have liked to spend more time out on the deck but it was just filthy. The curtain rod above the sliding glass door fell down twice……

“The day of check in I messaged the property owner to gain access. This is after I have fully paid, mind you. She answered her phone and seemed surprised. She hurriedly looked through emails to see that I in fact booked her place in Incline Village. Problem is her husband and so were there. She asked me for 30 minutes to make things right. I called 30 minutes later, and as the phone was ringing she cancelled the property due to “maintenance issues” and sent me a message that VRBO would……
