“This was our second stay at Cedarwood Cabin, and it was just as wonderful as our first. Such a lovely, peaceful place to stay!”

“Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction……

“This cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The pictures showed a pretty good view of the river behind the house, but it is so overgrown you can barely see it. Even so, we enjoyed our stay here.”

“Excellent, but just need some things fixed or replaced however. The bottom of the dishwasher is clogged thus the dishes do not come out clean. The hand held can opener and food processor do not work, need new table tennis paddles and darts Very comfortable, we had a great time there in spite of the rain.”

“Cozy little cabin that's perfect for a couple or small group looking to hunker down during the wet months. We wanted a nice quiet cabin to spend a weekend reading and relaxing in front of a wood fire, and we got it! The cabin is rustic but comfortable, though if you're looking for privacy, probably best to look elsewhere. If the weather had been drier we'd have taken advantage of the lovely firepit outside and/or the riverside hangout area that's just a 50-yard walk from the back door. The……

“We loved our time at your cabin. The decor was cozy, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the deck and view were just what we had anticipated. It was all good except the weather. You know, April in Oregon.”

“The pictures don't do this property any justice. Upon walking in the front door, I was hit with how spacious the cabin is. It was just the two of us, so we didn't use the second bedroom or downstairs, but it could easily accommodate a large group. It was clean, well decorated, and incredibly inviting. The hot tub on the back deck overlooks the river making for a relaxing treat after hiking all day. And the neighbors are far enough away that it feels somewhat private. I can't think of……

“I took my son snowboarding with friends for his birthday. This house worked well for me and the 3 teenagers. The driveway is a bit narrow and steep so that made parking somewhat challenging and unloading gear not the easiest. We liked the wood stove and the open kitchen annd living room. Overall we were happy with our weekend stay and we enjoyed the house.”

“The cabin had some quirks about. It must’ve been on an ant hill, as there was an extreme issue with ants. Cleanliness was less than desirable cobwebs everywhere dirty fan, not kept horribly as your toilets and areas were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the place was not desirable.”

“We booked and paid for the room for two nights but after the first night decided not to stay. Unless you have other options, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Clearly VRBO does NOT have standards or checks out the location before allowing it to be posted on their site.”

“Came in for only one night but had a great time in the area. Place is small but perfectly sized for 1 or 2 and tucked into a quiet side street off the main highway. Good local spots nearby and Mt Hood is maybe 15-20 min drive.”

“We stayed at this cabin while we skied over the weekend. The stone fireplace was epic, we loved using it along with the hot tub for apres ski. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Beds were cozy. We had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the Seinfeld references scattered throughout. The host was very accommodating with a late checkout - much appreciated!”

“We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”
