Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. Overall nice place. Pools can be bigger. Ocean is very close but there are no sunbeds or bars on the beach, so it is harder to hangout near the ocean. Everything is clean but ants can be a problem. Beware of the cost of any boat related trips.There is a $16 per head charge if you go afloat in the Marine Park. There is also a lot of plastic pollution immediately in front of the hotels beach caused by the hundreds of decaying plastic sacks.
