「I asked in advance months ahead of my visit for a walk in shower as got mobility problems and one was not made available. … very disappointed as gave them plenty of time to provide one, hence unable to shower prior to a family wedding. My visit was split and second half was provided with walk in shower, appreciated but couple days late. How much notice does one have to give ??」
