「The gentleman checking us in was very nice and personable. Room was not very clean, we didn’t sit on the couch. Seem to have crumbs from food on it. My biggest issue, our floor smelled like pot all night, by morning the smell was gone, mostly. While there is no smoking, I guess vape doesn’t count.」

「The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable.
