The hotel was being remodeled. It was clean. The chair in room was very worn I believe they might have planned on replacing it but it was not done yet.

They should have closed the hotel when they were doing their remodeling. They were working all night long one floor above us. It sound like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Very unhappy with this place. I will never stay in another Howard Johnson.

The room itself was newly renovated. The hallways were under construction as well as half the rooms, and we thought they could have aty least vacuumed the debris up. But the worst part of the stay was Sunday morning at 5 AM I awoke to people 2 rooms down making a terrible racket, and smoking in their room. I attempted to contact the manager about this and no one was available. It was way out of bounds to allow this behavior.

It was clean enough and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Easy check in. I'm traveling across country with a pet and most of the hotels have been challenging and disgusting and not because of pet damage just because of poor maintenance.

Great hotel for the price that was paid. Breakfast could have been better, biscuits and gravy every single day and crockpot sausage links got old fast. Pool was over chlorinated and thermostat was set to 80°. But you get what you pay and for what i paid it was satisfactory.

This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.
