「Loved the property. The owners even made us steak and lobster upon arrival to accomadate for something that was out of their control with the pool but did not affect the usage of the pool. First class all the way and the horses were so amazing. The kids loved feeding them carrots, which the host provided. Fantastic home for family gatherings. Pet friendly and kid fun. 「Four of us celebrating having or soon to turn 40. House was amazing - I understand some of the comments about the steep hill down to the water, but that did not stop us (use the driveway, don't go down the grass!). Communication with the host was fantastic, the house was in great shape, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. We all agreed it's one of the best houses that we've rented. 」

For the most part everything listed was present at the place and there were enough sleeping options for our crew. 「This cozy cottage is exactly as listed and so much more! It is very spacious inside and was immaculate. The hostess left us waters and snacks which was a nice touch when we arrived. The firepit was so nice to enjoy on a chilly night. The house was situated very close to White Memorial Conservation Center and to downtown Litchfield. It was simply perfect and we will definitely be back.」

「We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater).
