「The check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the check-out experience was not as good. I tried to have a conversation about my concerns, but the staff member was dismissive and acted like my concerns were not her problem.
On a positive note, Nicole at the bar was wonderful. She was friendly, smiling, and very inviting, which made my experience better.
Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but because of the customer service during check-out, I would probably not stay...

「We really loved the hotel itself. The room was perfect. It smelled clean as soon as you walked in. Nothing was out of place. Everything was clean. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy, The continental breakfast was delicious with choices to fit everyone. Our only thing not up to par was the pool water looked all sparkling and clear but when we were floating around and enjoying it we kept having someone's hair sticking to us. It make us feel pretty gross like we were in someone's dirty...
