“This property was described perfectly. Beautifully crafted and well maintained. One small hiccup with the coffee maker-be sure to look at the listing as it's a Keurig-my fault I only looked at the main list of amenities and we were prepared for brewing coffee. Great area to get out and hike the PA Grand Canyon, close to Wellsboro for exploring and other areas to explore. Or, you can relax at the property, have a fire in the evening and decompress. “This is a great property with a wonderful space for large families. We loved the large table that was able to seat our 21 family members. The children also enjoyed the large room upstairs with the toys, foosball, Legos, books and TV. Our family enjoyed the yard to play games and have a camp fire. There were plenty of outside chairs and the picnic tables were great. Our family enjoyed having the property next to the creek where they played, fished, and skipped rocks. “The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.”

“This house is fantastic. It is perfect for a family reunion. We had only adults on this trip but it would be well suited for children too. There is plenty to do for adults and children alike - home theater, game room with pool table and air hockey, indoor pool, lots of outside spaces. There were even games to play. The house is large and well laid out. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating at the dining area. Two family rooms, two laundry rooms. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are……
