Newly and beautifully constructed in 2023, this multi-story townhouse brings gorgeous views, an abundance of sunlight, and unmatched convenience to the heart of Waterville Valley. In this prime downtown location, so much is within an easy walk - the tubing hill, the golf course, the White Mountain Athletic Center, even a cross country ski trail outside your backdoor.

This condo boasts an enviable location in the center of Waterville Valley, a short stroll from the Town Square, Cochran Pond, and the resort shuttle bus at the corner. If you walk over to the White Mountain Athletic Center, you'll find indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a summer splash pad, saunas, steam rooms, a fitness center, and tennis courts available for an additional daily fee.

For its convenience, the condo sacrifices none of its scenery, with a deck and generous windows that look out across the mountains, valley, and ski slopes. And as a new build, every aspect has a distinct polish, from the comfortable, contemporary furnishings to the gas fireplace encased in stone.

After a day spent skiing, hiking, or swimming, come home to barbecue on the deck, play board games at the dining room table or go up to the game/tv room, and stream your favorite movies on one of several smart TVs. Adding to your comfort are serene bedrooms with beautiful views, mini-split air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Beautiful family home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It worked out great for 10 people, 3 generations of family. Lots of stairs was a little hard for grandparents. Loved that both king bed rooms on the 2nd floor had their own bathroom. Top floor had nice family room! And 4 kids ages 14, 12, 11 and 10 sleep well in the bunk bed room because of the cozy alcove too. Deck had lovely sunset views. Everything was well appointed. Thank you!
