“The apartment is the perfect place to stay for any events around the area. Spacious and clean, the apartment allowed us each to have our own rooms. With recliners in the living room comfortable enough to act as additional beds too lol. Mel was a wonderful host, being accommodating with the stay and as friendly as could be as a bartender. I can't recommend the stay above Wilzke's enough. We'll most certainly be returning to stay for a future EAA Airventure!”

“There is a loose screw on the cupboard to the trash--the cupboard door is going to fall off. Also the conditioner dispenser in the shower is not working. We had a very nice weekend.”

“This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. Free laundry facilities was very helpful. (many other nearby options used coin-operated. Really? Please don't nickle and dime me. There was coffee (hawaiian blend!) along with suger and creamer. The in-window and (to a lesser degree) portable A/C units were a bit noisy. Our solution was to turn off the window unit in the bedroom at……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. Very close to Authors, the best restaurant in Appleton. The gift shop right under the apartment, Blue Moon, was also great. Minor downsides are no dishwasher (not a big……
